WAYS TO PLAY

Walk-In / Open Play

No reservation needed. Grab the table when it's open, order a drink, and start sliding. Best for spontaneous nights out.

1v1 Match

Classic head-to-head. Take turns sliding pucks and score points by landing closest to the far end. First to 21 takes it.

Teams (2v2)

Two teams, one table, a lot of trash talk. Pair up with your partner and slide against the other duo. Best format for groups of four.

Date Night

Low-key, fun, and competitive enough to make it interesting. Shuffleboard + drinks at PBR is one of the best date nights in Spring, TX.

TIPS TO STEP UP YOUR GAME

Stand sideways to the table with your dominant side forward. A stable stance gives you more control over where the puck lands.

Use a smooth, consistent release — cradle the puck lightly and let it glide off your fingertips. Gripping too hard kills your accuracy.

Aim for speed control, not distance. Most beginners push too hard. The sand slows the puck — you need less force than you think.

Use the knock-off shot. Sliding your puck into an opponent's to bump it out of scoring position is just as valuable as landing a perfect slide.

Watch the sand. More sand = slower surface. Less sand = faster. Adjust your force based on how the table is playing that night.

SHUFFLEBOARD RULES

Players alternate turns — one puck per player per round
Pucks must pass the foul line or they don't count
Only the player with pucks closest to the far end scores
No leaning over the table or touching the playing surface
No drinks on the shuffleboard surface
Respect the table — no sitting or rough handling of pucks
No outside food or drinks — order from the PBR menu
Respect nearby players — keep noise and celebrations reasonable
Follow all staff instructions regarding table availability
